Meet the founder
Mr Aggarwal brings together a rare mix of cross-border legal training encompasing about 2 decades of multi-jurisdictional professional experience, and continuous scholarship. Trained across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, his work spans international business, and advanced tax law policy. What makes his path different is not only the jurisdictions, but the mindset. Even while practicing, he continued formal legal study, completing the Canadian NCA and licensing process and later a Professional LLM in Taxation at Osgoode Hall. For him, legal mastery is not a phase. It is a lifelong discipline. That outlook forms the intellectual foundation of AGP e-class™.
His approach to teaching grows directly from that journey. Having learned, practiced, and deepened his training across systems, he understands where students struggle and how real clarity is built, structure first, logic next, confidence after. He teaches the way complex law is best understood, through frameworks, purpose, and disciplined writing, so students produce controlled, professional grade answers rather than memorized reactions. AGP e-class™ exists as an extension of that philosophy, serious legal education built on method, depth, and respect for the learner’s professional future.
