By accessing this Website, submitting any form, communicating with AGP / AGP e-Class™© enrolling in any cohort, attending any session (live or recorded), or using any AGP / AGP e-Class™© materials in any form, you (“User”, “Student”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you must immediately stop accessing the Website and all AGP / AGP e-Class™© services and content.


1) Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • the Website
  • any AGP programs/cohorts (Foundation / Prime / Elite)
  • all sessions (live / recorded / hybrid)
  • all communications (forms, email, Zoom/Google Meet, Google Classroom, messaging platforms, community groups)
  • all materials, notes, charts, decision maps, flowcharts, teaching frameworks, templates, rubrics, marking systems, questions, feedback, recordings, transcripts, and any written or visual content provided or displayed by AGP
  • any free materials, public sessions, sample videos, teasers, or promotional learning content

2) Educational Purpose Only (No Legal Advice)

AGP e-class is an educational platform providing legal education and exam-training only.

Nothing on this Website or in any AGP communication, session, or material constitutes:

  • legal advice
  • tax advice
  • immigration advice
  • professional opinion
  • an opinion on any person’s legal position
  • representation before any authority

You must not rely on AGP content for any legal or professional decision.


3) No Lawyer–Client Relationship

No lawyer–client relationship is created by:

  • using the Website
  • submitting forms
  • emailing AGP
  • enrolling
  • attending sessions
  • receiving feedback
  • participating in group discussions

AGP does not provide client legal services through AGP e-class.


4) Eligibility and Participant Standards

By using AGP services, you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • all information you provide is true, complete, and not misleading
  • you will behave professionally and respectfully
  • you will not disrupt sessions, staff, students, or community platforms

AGP reserves the right to refuse admission, suspend access, or permanently remove any participant at its sole discretion.


5) Seat Limits and Program Admission

Programs may be limited-seat cohorts. Admission is not guaranteed.

AGP may reject applications, impose eligibility screening, restrict seats, or close cohorts without explanation.


6) Program Delivery, Updates, and Modification Rights

AGP may change, update, or redesign at any time:

  • schedules, class times, duration, instructors
  • delivery method (live/recorded/hybrid)
  • teaching structure, content sequence, materials
  • marking style and feedback mechanisms
  • cohort benefits

Such updates do not create any entitlement to refunds, compensation, or claims.


7) Fees and Payment

Fees must be paid in full before access is granted.

AGP may suspend or terminate access for incomplete payment, chargebacks, disputes, or suspected fraud.


8) STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

All fees paid to AGP are final and non-refundable.

There are no refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • change of mind
  • schedule conflicts
  • inability to attend
  • personal circumstances or emergencies
  • dissatisfaction with style/approach
  • misunderstanding of program scope
  • exam changes or external policy shifts
  • failure to achieve results

Only Exception

A refund may be considered only if:

  • AGP cancels a paid cohort; and
  • AGP does not provide a replacement/reschedule.

Any refund amount (if applicable) will be determined solely by AGP.


9) Intellectual Property (Ownership)

All content and materials provided by AGP are proprietary and protected.

This includes (without limitation):

  • live and recorded teaching sessions
  • lesson structures, cohort designs, curriculum sequencing
  • written materials, PDFs, slides, handouts, worksheets
  • charts, frameworks, decision maps, flowcharts
  • questions, scenarios, marking rubrics, feedback systems
  • teaching methods, delivery style and systems
  • brand identity and visual design
  • names and marks including “AGP e-class” and “Avocat Global Professionals”
  • Website layout, copywriting, and design elements

You receive no ownership rights. You receive only a limited, revocable licence for personal educational use.


10) Prohibited Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

You must not, directly or indirectly:

A) Recording / Reproduction / Sharing

  • record sessions (video/audio/screen) in whole or part
  • screenshot slides or teaching content
  • reproduce, copy, forward, distribute, or upload materials
  • share content with any third party (even privately)
  • show materials to friends, tutors, competitors, employers, coaching centres

B) Resale / Commercial Exploitation

  • resell materials
  • provide paid or unpaid tutoring based on AGP materials
  • create derivative teaching products

C) Credential Sharing / Access Misuse

  • share logins, links, classroom access, recordings
  • allow others to use your access

D) AI Tool Misuse

  • upload AGP material to AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for summarisation, rewriting, extracting answers, or repackaging content for distribution or exam-cheating purposes
  • use AI to replicate AGP decision maps, notes, rubrics, or materials

E) Reputation Harm / Misrepresentation

  • publish defamatory or misleading claims about AGP
  • impersonate AGP staff
  • disrupt sessions or community

Any violation = immediate removal + permanent ban + legal enforcement + no refund.


11) Enforcement, Reporting, and Remedies

AGP reserves the right to:

  • terminate access immediately and permanently
  • remove you from all platforms and communities
  • refuse future admission
  • pursue civil legal remedies including injunctions, damages, and costs
  • report misconduct to relevant evaluation/credential authorities if appropriate (including the FLSC where relevant)

12) No Guarantees

AGP does not guarantee:

  • exam success
  • pass outcomes
  • career outcomes
  • licensing outcomes

Results depend on student effort and external evaluation standards.


13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGP is not liable for any loss including:

  • exam failure
  • inability to attend
  • missed opportunities
  • loss of fees or professional consequences
  • indirect or consequential losses

Your sole remedy is to stop using AGP services.


14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AGP and its founder/team against any claim arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms
  • misuse of content
  • violation of law
  • harm to other students or platforms

15) Termination

AGP may suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion.


16) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the UAE  and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dubai, UAE. Any disputes shall be submitted to mandatory arbitration seated in Dubai, UAE.


17) Updates

AGP may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms apply immediately on posting.
