AGP e-class by Avocat Global Professionals
This Intellectual Property & Usage Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users, visitors, students, applicants, and enrolled participants who access AGP e-class materials, sessions, platforms, or communications in any form.
By accessing this website, enrolling in any cohort, attending any session (live or recorded), receiving any content, or interacting with AGP e-class, you agree to this Policy without exception.
1. Purpose of this Policy
AGP e-class is a premium, founder-led legal education platform. Our teaching method, materials, structures, decision maps, question frameworks, class formats, and training architecture reflect years of intellectual development, academic work, and professional exposure.
AGP’s content is not “study notes.” It is a proprietary education system.
This Policy exists to protect:
- AGP e-class’s proprietary teaching system and intellectual property
- the integrity of the learning environment
- fairness for students who invest in AGP legitimately

4. Permitted Use (Strict)
You may use AGP content only:
- for your personal study, and
- only within the AGP ecosystem, and
- only for the cohort period and permitted access duration.
“Within AGP ecosystem” means:
- your own access through AGP-approved platforms only
- within AGP-authorized cohorts, drives, or learning portals
- without exporting/forwarding/republishing materials anywhere else
Zero sharing rule
You may not share AGP content with:
- friends
- family
- classmates outside your cohort
- study groups
- teachers or tutors
- WhatsApp groups
- Telegram groups
- Facebook groups
- LinkedIn groups
- any NCA community forums
- any other platform or person whatsoever
Even “showing for 10 seconds” is sharing.

Even “only to help someone once” is sharing.
There is no exception.
5. Prohibited Conduct (Everything Is Prohibited)
AGP takes misuse of content extremely seriously. The following conduct is strictly prohibited, whether direct or indirect:
A. Copying / duplication

C. Recording / capturing content
You may not:
- screen-record sessions
- audio-record sessions
- photograph the screen
- take screenshots of slides or materials
- copy/paste from files into outside tools
- use browser extensions or third-party tools to save AGP content
This applies even if:
- the recording is “only for yourself”
- you “won’t share it”
- you forgot to ask
- you believe it is harmless
D. Training AI using AGP content
You may not:
- input AGP materials into any AI tool
- upload recordings/transcripts into AI

- share login credentials
- allow others to access your account
- allow another person to attend sessions under your name
- pay for one seat and spread benefits across many people
- leak cohort links (Zoom/Classroom/etc.)
G. Indirect breach
This is crucial:
Even if you do not “share files,” you are still in breach if you:
- share the reasoning structure taught by AGP in a way that replicates AGP proprietary method
- circulate content derived from AGP sessions
- recreate a decision map from memory and distribute it
- create “your own” model answers based on AGP methods and share them
In short:
any extraction of AGP know-how for third-party benefit is prohibited.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
AGP reserves the right to:
- monitor access patterns
- track links and downloads
