Welcome to AGP e-class (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of agpeclass.com (the “Website”). By using this Website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must immediately stop accessing and using this Website and all AGP content.
1) Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:
- this Website
- any AGP sessions (live / recorded / hybrid)
- cohort training programs (Foundation / Prime / Elite)
- all communications (email, forms, WhatsApp if used, Google Classroom, Zoom/Google Meet, phone calls, DMs, community groups)
- all materials, notes, slides, charts, decision maps, flowcharts, frameworks, teaching structures, assignment prompts, marking rubrics, feedback systems, templates, and recordings
- any “free” materials, teaser sessions, sample classes, or public-facing learning material shared by AGP
2) Educational Use Only (No Legal Advice)
AGP provides legal education and exam-training content only.
Nothing on this Website, in our sessions, in our materials, or in any communication constitutes:
- legal advice
- tax advice
- immigration advice
- professional opinion
- a substitute for consulting a lawyer
- a representation that you will achieve any particular outcome
You must not rely on AGP content as legal advice in any jurisdiction.
3) No Lawyer–Client Relationship
Using this Website, enrolling in a cohort, attending sessions, or communicating with AGP does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
We do not provide client services through AGP e-class. Any professional credentials of the founder are provided for informational purposes only.
4) Eligibility and Participant Standards
By using AGP services, you confirm:
- you are legally capable of entering binding contracts
- the information you provide is true and complete
- you will behave professionally and respectfully
- you will not disrupt or undermine the cohort experience
- you understand this is structured, serious training
AGP reserves the right to refuse admission, remove participants, or terminate access for any reason including conduct concerns, misuse of content, dishonesty, or breach of these Terms.
5) Admissions, Seats, and Cohort Access
Cohort admission is subject to:
- seat availability
- eligibility screening (if used)
- application review (if used)
- payment confirmation
AGP may operate limited-seat cohorts. We do not guarantee that:
- you will be admitted
- you will receive a seat
- a cohort will run if minimum enrolment is not met
AGP reserves the right to cancel, postpone, merge, restructure, or modify cohorts.
6) Program Structure, Teaching Style, and Modifications
AGP may change, update, or redesign at any time:
- class schedules
- duration and structure
- pedagogy format (live/recorded/hybrid)
- content sequence
- teacher allocations
- materials
- method of feedback/marking
- cohort benefits/features
These changes do not constitute breach and do not create any entitlement to refunds or compensation.
7) Payment Terms
You agree to pay all applicable fees in full upfront.
AGP may:
- suspend access for unpaid or disputed payments
- deny access if fees are incomplete
- charge late fees (if implemented)
All payments are subject to internal verification.
8) STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
All fees paid to AGP e-class are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including (without limitation):
- change of mind
- inability to attend
- schedule conflict
- personal emergencies
- dissatisfaction with teaching style
- misunderstanding of cohort scope
- exam postponement / cancellation / rescheduling
- inability to access the platform due to user-side issues
Only Exception
A refund may be considered only if AGP cancels a program and does not provide any replacement/reschedule.
If any refund is granted, it will be limited to the unused portion, as determined solely by AGP. Such incidence shall not create any precedent of whatsoever nature.
9) Intellectual Property (Ownership)
All AGP content is proprietary and protected by law.
This includes (without limitation):
- lectures (live and recorded)
- lesson plans and sequencing
- charts, frameworks, decision maps, flowcharts
- teaching notes, handouts, worksheets, problem sets
- marking systems, rubrics, feedback templates
- cohort structures (Foundation / Prime / Elite)
- methodologies and training systems
- brand identity, visuals, styles, logos, design elements
- names including AGP e-class and Avocat Global Professionals
- website layout, copy, and design concepts
You receive no ownership rights. You receive only a limited, revocable license to access content for personal educational use.
10) PROHIBITED CONDUCT (Zero Tolerance)
You must not, directly or indirectly:
Content theft / distribution
- copy, share, forward, reproduce, screenshot, or distribute any materials
- show materials to any third party, including friends, colleagues, tutors, or coaching centres
- upload content to WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, Facebook groups, Discord, Reddit, or any platform
- resell or commercially exploit any content
- use materials to teach others
Recording / leak
- record live sessions (audio/video/screen) without written permission
- take screenshots of slides or teaching materials
- extract questions, answers, or marking patterns for sharing
Circumvention
- attempt to bypass paid access
- share logins / credentials
- allow others to access your Google Classroom / Zoom links
Harmful conduct
- misrepresent AGP or the founder
- defame or publish misleading statements
- harass staff or other students
- disrupt sessions or community environment
Any breach = immediate termination of access without refund.
11) Reporting and Enforcement
AGP reserves the right to take any action including:
- immediate removal from cohorts / platforms
- permanent ban from AGP
- refusal of admission in future
- reporting misconduct to relevant regulatory or evaluation bodies where appropriate (including FLSC or other authorities as applicable)
- legal action for injunctions, damages, and costs
AGP’s rights are cumulative and not limited to any single remedy.
12) No Guarantees / Results Disclaimer
AGP does not guarantee:
- pass outcomes
- scoring outcomes
- exam performance
- employment, licensing, or career results
Your outcome depends on:
- your preparation
- your writing ability
- your time commitment
- external evaluation standards
Past results (if any) do not guarantee future results.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AGP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including:
- exam failure
- lost fees
- opportunity loss
- emotional distress
- immigration consequences
- professional consequences
Your sole remedy is to stop using AGP services.
14) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AGP and its founder, team members, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising from:
- your breach of these Terms
- misuse of content
- violation of law
- misconduct toward others
15) Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You consent to:
- collection of your personal information for administrative purposes
- internal record-keeping
- communication regarding cohorts and services
16) External Links
The Website may contain external links (YouTube, Google Forms, LinkedIn, etc.).
AGP is not responsible for third-party content, tools, or privacy practices.
17) Termination and Suspension
AGP may suspend or terminate access:
- immediately
- without notice
- without refund
- for any breach or suspected breach
18) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the UAE.
Any disputes shall be subject to mandatory arbitration subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dubai, UAE.
19) Updates to Terms
AGP may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms apply immediately upon being posted.
